Please email us through the form below and include the item number and dates you would like to reserve your Beacon & Rose pieces.

Upon receipt, we will email you an invoice and payment is accepted through Paypal at admin@beaconandrose.com and we also accept Visa and Mastercard. The full rental payment is due at the time of checkout if less than 30 days; otherwise 50% upfront with the other 50% due 30 days prior to the event. Refunds available for cancellations more than 30 days out.  Our rentals fees include 48 hours; if additional time is needed please contact us.  Security deposits will be refunded within 48 hours of rental return in good condition. All rentals subject to a 6% VA sales tax.

 

Delivery is available for rentals - please ask for pricing information.  A security deposit may be required on larger orders.
